Pastor Will is a Mentor, Motivator, Leader, Activist and Youth and Young Adult Pastor at the Greater Mount Calvary Holy Church in Washington, D.C. under the leadership of Bishop Alfred and Co-Pastor Susie Owens. His modern and charismatic approach to ministry and the word has captivated millennials and older generations. 

Born and raised in Chicago, Pastor Will's determination for a better life led him to Howard University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and his Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice in 2008, and in 2012, his Masters of Divinity.

Pastor Will is the founder and CEO of WGIII ministries, a Christian events based non-profit that seeks to inspire, impact, and ignite a generation to becoming effective change agents in the community and world at large. He has also founded the Wise Gentlemen mentorship program, a cohort mentorship group focused on young minority males from ages 13-21. The agenda of Wise Gentlemen is to confront negative ideologies of masculinity and introduce positive cultural and spiritual enforcement.

Pastor Will has been recognized and awarded with several honors, one of which was featured in the July 2015 edition of Black Enterprise top 100 black male professionals "Be Modern Male" segment. His mission and purpose in life is to provoke a generation to become catalyst of change in both the Kingdom and the World at Large.
